Luas

Red Line to Tallaght (final stop), outside The Square. About an 8-minute walk to the ground.

Bus

Dublin Bus and Go Ahead routes serve Tallaght via The Square Shopping Centre.

Parking

No on-site parking without a pass. Pay-and-display parking at The Square (free first 2 hours, then €2/hour), about 5 minutes away.

West Stand

Main stand

Home and neutral fans, with reserved seats (Blocks 102 & 103) for season ticket holders, members, players and officials.

South Stand

Singing section

Behind the goal, home of the Rovers singing section. Enter via Turnstiles Block 5. The covered wheelchair bay sits in front of this stand (Turnstile Block 4).

East Stand

Away fans

Away supporters are accommodated in Blocks 301 and 302. Enter via Turnstiles Block 1 on the N81 side. Separate catering outlets serve this section.

North Stand

Family stand

The Family Stand. Faces onto the N81 and is home to the club Megastore and offices, developed as part of the South Dublin County Council investment.

All match tickets are unreserved seating within your chosen stand, except marked reserved seats in the West Stand (Blocks 102 & 103).

Wheelchair access

Wheelchair access and accessible toilets are available in the North, South and East stands (by lift in the Main Stand), with wheelchair podiums for unobstructed viewing.

Audio Described Commentary

A free live commentary service for visually impaired fans, delivered by trained volunteers via headset in the Main Stand, run with the NCBI.

Hooperman's Quiet Room

Open every match night on the first floor above Event Control in the SE corner scoreboard building. Collect a Hooperman lanyard from Main Reception and enter through Gate 7.

Service animals

Animals are not generally permitted, with an exception for service animals. Contact reception on match nights if any accommodation is required.

Emergency preparedness

Tallaght Stadium team members are trained in emergency procedures, including the appropriate ways to evacuate disabled guests.

Hoops Food Court

Located between the West and South Stands, with a range of hot food and drinks, sweets, crisps and cold drinks. Separate catering outlets serve the away section.

Rovers Megastore

In the North stand, accessed from outside the ground. Replica jerseys, training gear, accessories and souvenirs for all ages. Hours: Fri-Sat 12:00-16:00, and on match days from 16:00 until 15 minutes before kick-off, reopening for 15 minutes after the match.

  1. 2009

    Tallaght Time

    Shamrock Rovers move into the purpose-built Tallaght Stadium, ending the homeless years.

  2. 2009

    Record attendance

    A crowd of 10,915 - with temporary seating - watches Shamrock Rovers take on Real Madrid.

  3. 2019

    South Stand

    The South Stand is added - and immediately becomes home to the Ultras, the club's most vocal support.

  4. 2020

    €7.7m investment

    South Dublin County Council announces a €7.7m upgrade: a new 2,000-seat North Stand and a redeveloped West Stand, bringing the ground up to UEFA Category 4.

    UEFA all-clear

    UEFA approves Tallaght Stadium to host Conference League group stage fixtures, with Category 4 compliance secured without further works from 2023.
