Shamrock Rovers FC is seeking a full-time Head of Academy Medical to lead our player development programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the Academy Medical Department for our boys (U8-U20) and girls (U17 & U19) academies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Academy Medical Department and a team of physiotherapists
  • Assess, treat, and rehabilitate injuries for academy players
  • Implement injury prevention programmes
  • Maintain accurate medical records using ScribePro

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
  • Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy
  • FAI Safeguarding 1 Certificate & Garda Vetting
  • Experience in sports rehabilitation and acute injury management
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
