Biography

Tony started his career with UCD in 1988. He then played for Derry City before a hugely successful season at Shelbourne as he won the league and the Young Player of the Year award in 1992. He was capped five times by the Ireland Under-21s. 

After five years in England with Millwall, Crewe Alexandra and Colchester United, Tony returned to Shels where he would win a further four league titles. The former centre-half has been in practice as a sports injuries therapist for over 17 years. He took over as Shamrock Rovers physio in November 2012 and worked full time with the Ireland team during the qualifiers and finals for Euro 2016 in France.
