Tallaght Stadium Safety Regulations (Media) |
|
As of Friday, April 9, 2010, there is a new set of safety regulations governing media access to Shamrock Rovers’ games at Tallaght Stadium. In order to gain press area, pitchside photography or TV gantry access, a request must be made to the SRFC Media Officer by email, phone or text (see below for contact details) at least 24 hours prior to a game. Any requests made closer to kick-off may result in a failure to gain access. All media are required to wear and display official SRFC Media laminates at all times inside Tallaght Stadium. Camera persons are required to wear supplied bibs in order to gain pitchside, tunnel and dressing room area access. When on the pitch, photographers are asked to remain behind the camera line rather than the goal line. Laminates and bibs will be distributed at the main entrance where members of the media traditionally check in before games. Please return laminates and bibs afterwards. Media in the press area are required to follow instructions from the SRFC Media Officer regarding post-match interviews and any other activity. Individual journalists are not permitted access to the dressing room or tunnel areas unless accompanied by the SRFC Media Officer. Please follow the instructions of stewards, Gardai and/or club representatives at all times.
